Washing Machine Vibration
You've found the solution! As washing machines become more technically advanced with higher spin speeds and the capability of washing heavier loads, your new machine is most likely simply unsuited to the location of of your old machine. Vibration problems can become particularly extreme when your machine is located on a wooden floor. Floors are simply not designed to effectively support a machine spinning 15lbs of wet washing at 1,500 rpm! Until now there were few options available to you other than expensive structural re-enforcement.

There is a solution!
Recently developed in the USA where washing machines are larger and heavier these revolutionary Vibration Dampening Pads are now exclusively available from us in the UK and Europe! They can reduce vibration and noise by up to 80% or more in typical situations.
Please don't confuse these products with cheaper
alternatives costing a few pounds. The products available
here have undergone extensive research and development programmes to achieve maximum performance.
These products will pay for themselves.
Washing Machine Vibration will cause damage over time and will most certainly shorten the life of your washing machine. Its effects will substantially increase wear and tear. Our products are therefore an investment that will pay for themselves many times over. They will reduce your maintenance costs and increase the life-span of your washer.

Use Your CAD Software to Find the Right Kellett Pads
Kellett Enterprises today announced that customers can now use the Kellett website to pull drawings of its various vibration isolation pads into their CAD drawings to see how the pads will fit their equipment. “If one of our customers - or even a potential customer - is building a new piece of equipment and vibration isolation could be an issue, this new capability will show exactly how the pad will fit,” said Claudia Kellett McNabb, CEO of Kellett Enterprises.
With a long list of file formats to choose from, the customer simply chooses the pad size from the standard pad sizes; clicks on the available CAD drawings, drags and drops the drawing into their software, placing it wherever vibration control is needed. From there, if the pad needs to be re-sized to fit the project, the customer then has the ability to change the size and thickness of our products within their own drawing.
And coming soon, if a customer is not quite sure what size pad they need, Kellett’s website will include a product configurator, which will help customers make that determination. If a customer ends up needing a pad size not on the list of standard sizes, Kellett’s Configurator will create a part number so customers can order the pads customized to their size specifications. Until Kellett’s new Configurator is online, customers can call the Sales Department and order pads cut to any desired size.
“This will save significant time for our customers because they won’t have to draw pads, which typically is what takes significant time,” McNabb said. To see the new CAD Interface in action, visit Kellett CAD Interface and chose from the View CAD drawing menu on the right to view in 3D, 2D Front View, 2D Left Side view, or 2D Sales Drawing. |
